Epic 9.10 The King of Alcatraz

Hello everyone,

today we finally release the newest Epic on GamBit!

Two new dungeons! New Accessory to craft! And a new Launcher!

A new Launcher

Starting today you will need the new Launcher to start the Game.

• Start your old Launcher like normal
• Let it update your Client
• Close the old Launcher (the Start Button wont work anymore in the old one)
• Start the new Launcher in your Game Folder
• Play

The old Launcher will soon be disabled completely.

Alcatraz Dungeon

• Alcatraz Dungeon added
  • Requirements: Quest, Delivery to Alkatraz must have been completed.
  • Type: Instanced
  • Entry: Marduka Watchtower, East of Rondo
  • You must be level 228+

These have a chance to drop in Alcatraz, alternatively, they can be crafted from materials dropped there.
Dropped Equipment can be dismantled to receive Mitrhil Ingots to help with this!

• Upgrading Mithril Equipment.
  Cybo made a Video Guide for this as well. We will add a written guide to Discord later too.

  • The Ring, Earrings, and Necklace can then be identified with a Philosopher's scroll as normal.
    The initial identification stats are quite low, this is because it is possible to enhance those stats higher.
  • Base Stats can be added just like on the Sky Versions
    
  • When you reach +10 enchantment with these accessories, it is possible to enhance the power further.
    
  • The enhanced version can be enchanted up to +15
    They also have a higher cap for the random option rate, this is outlined in the tables at the end of this news. The pool of random options also changed for the first option for the Ring and Necklace. There is no improved effect for the Earrings for the first option.

The accessories come with a set bonus.

Below you can find the detailed information for the accessories. What stats can be obtained, how far the random options can be enhanced and by how much:

• Upgrading existing Sapphire Gear to the new Mithril
  • Players who already have Heavenly Sapphire accessories from Epic 9.7 can transfer them directly to Mithril via the Sapphire Transfer option at Blacksmith Elara, using a Sapphire Transfer Scroll + 50 Mithril Ore + 1 Necron's Shadow Shard. Enchantments and awakenings carry over; random stats are reset to the Mithril standard. This avoids the cost of re-awakening from scratch.  
    Example:
    You have a [+9 Intelligence] Sky Sapphire Ring. It can be converted directly into a +9 Int Mithril Ring of Shadows using a Sapphire Transfer Scroll + 50 Mithril Ore + 1 Necron's Shadow Shard. Your enhancement and awakening will be transferred to the Mithril accessory. However, the random option will not be transferred and will be overwritten with the Mithril random option.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Random Options will not be transferred! This means all purple lines under Effectoptions.
Only the +9 Base Stats from the Sky Upgrades and Awakenings will be transfered!
Choose your upgrades with care.

• A new questline was added for Alcatraz

• New Boss Cards and Collection Cards added

• Another change has been made to the Chaos Stones
  • The "Sky Chaos Stone" now uses the regular Chaos Stone slot and no longer requires a separate slot.
  • The Chaos Stone combinations have been changed as follows:

OLD - Chaos Stone

1. Chaos Stone Lv.1 + Perfect Chaos Stone Package = Chaos Stone Lv.10
2. Chaos Stone Lv.10 + Ancient Chaos Stone = +10 Chaos Stone Lv.10

New Dungeon - Eldergrove Ruins

• Eldergrove Ruins has been added to the Game
  • This dungeon is inspired by the Pit Dungeon: a short run with a high amount of EXP
  • Can be entered once per day
  • An additional EXP boost can be activated inside the dungeon
  • Solo dungeon
  • Level 170+
