Fixes

• Mystic Cutes, Brutal Spells
  The buff last week caused a bug, resulting in the skill not doing anything anymore. It now gives the intended buffed effect.
  -> Acc and Macc to +10% per level (from 4)

A new portal has started to appear...!

We arent able to enter it just yet but the longer it stays, the more it opens. With the current rate its gonna be open completely by next week!
An incredibly dangerous aura seems to emanate from it...
