Fixes

• Event Boxes can now be opened even when being overloaded with weight
• Event Items Description once upgraded with an Energy Converter was correct
• Vengeful Spirit -> Added a 0.5 sec Animation Pause after casting to prevent rubberbanding issues when the Player starts walking before the skill has officially ended casting
