Changes:

• Citadel NPC "Luciad" , added an option for larger quantity trades
• "Iron Guard" Card has been changed to "Soul Taming Card - Event"

Fixes:

• All +9 topaz sky earrings (any stat), can now be upgraded to lapis lazuli
• All +9 topaz sky necklaces (any stat), can now be upgraded to lapis lazuli
• Guildhouse Ring NPC, "Scroll of the Philosopher" is now consumed per ring box
  (Instead of an Awakening Stone: Accessory)
